Vors Wheels Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy (“Policy”) applies to Vors Wheels (“Company”) products that have been purchased by the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) from an authorized dealer or directly from the Company. By purchasing the Company’s products, the Purchaser agrees to be bound by this Policy.

 Finish Warranty:

The Company warrants that the finish of its wheels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the Purchaser (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the wheels and does not cover any other costs or damages.

Structural Warranty:

If, during the life of the product, the wheels are found to be structurally defective due to the Company’s manufacturing process, the Company will repair or replace the wheels at its discretion. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the wheels and does not cover any other costs or damages.

Warranty Exclusions:

This Policy does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or any other causes not related to the Company’s manufacturing process. This Policy also does not cover any damage caused by the use of the wheels on vehicles that exceed the manufacturer’s recommended specifications or limitations. Any modifications made to the wheels will void this Policy. This Policy is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser.

Warranty Claim Process:

To make a claim under this Policy, the Purchaser must contact the Company’s customer service department at [insert contact information] and provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged wheels. The Company will review the claim and, if approved, will provide instructions on how to return the wheels for repair or replacement. All transportation costs for returning the wheels to the Company are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.

Limitation of Liability:

The Company’s liability under this Policy is limited to the repair or replacement of the wheels as described above. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of use of the wheels, loss of time, inconvenience, or any other costs or damages beyond the repair or replacement of the wheels covered by this Policy.
