Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order to the 48 contiguous United States. There is no minimum order and no handling fee. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Where we ship
48 contiguous states. Free, on every order.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We ship there, but not at the free rate. Contact us at 323.887.8600 or info@vorswheels.com with your zip code and the wheels you want and we will quote it before you order.
International. We ship internationally by arrangement. Contact us at 323.887.8600 or info@vorswheels.com with your full address and the wheels you want, and we will quote the shipping cost before you order. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Duties, import taxes, brokerage and customs fees are set by your country, are not included in our quote, and are your responsibility. Delivery times on international orders depend on customs clearance and cannot be guaranteed. If an international order is returned to us because duties were not paid or the shipment was refused, the outbound and return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
PO Boxes and APO / FPO addresses. Wheels ship by ground carrier and cannot be delivered to a PO Box. If you are ordering to an APO or FPO address, contact us first.
How fast we ship
In stock orders leave our Los Angeles warehouse within 1 business day. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday go out the next business day.
Transit time after that depends on how far you are from Los Angeles. As a guide:
- Southern California: 1 to 2 business days
- West Coast and Southwest: 2 to 3 business days
- Midwest and Mountain states: 3 to 4 business days
- East Coast and Northeast: 4 to 5 business days
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and carrier delays are outside our control.
Tracking
You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, email us at info@vorswheels.com and we will find out what happened.
Your order may arrive in more than one box
Wheels ship one to a box. A set of four is four boxes, and carriers do not always deliver them together. It is normal for two boxes to arrive one day and the rest the next.
Your tracking number covers the whole shipment, so you can see all the boxes moving. If some boxes have been delivered and the rest have not moved for more than 2 business days, contact us.
Check your wheels before you sign
Please inspect every box at delivery, before the driver leaves.
If a box is crushed, torn or obviously damaged, write DAMAGED on the delivery receipt before you sign, and photograph the box before you open it. That note is what makes a carrier claim possible. Without it a claim is very hard to win.
If you find damage after the driver has gone, photograph the box and the wheel and contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will handle the carrier claim and get you a replacement. After that window the carrier will not accept the claim and we cannot cover it.
Do not mount a damaged wheel. Once a wheel has a tire on it, it cannot be returned or claimed.
Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody was available to receive it, we will refund the wheels but not the shipping cost we paid to send them out and get them back.
If you need to correct an address, call us at 323.887.8600 as soon as possible. Once a package is in the carrier's hands we may not be able to redirect it.
Refused shipments
If you refuse delivery on an order that is not damaged, it is treated as a return. See our Refund Policy. The outbound and return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
